Mr. Montenegro has been practicing law in Ocean County, with an office in Brick Township, for 47 years. He received his B.A. from Seton Hall University and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Seton Hall School of Law in 1969. He has a strong concentration in representation of clients for estate planning, wills, probate, business sales and purchases, as well as, the representation of public entities. The variety of public entities include municipalities, boards of education, zoning/planning boards as well as utility authorities.
Mr. Montenegro has been practicing law in Ocean County for 27 years. He is a graduate of Swarthmore College (1993) and obtained his B.A in Economics. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Seton Hall School of Law (1996) where he was an Editor on the Law Review.
Mr. Montenegro concentrates his practice in local government law, education law, municipal land use/zoning, tax appeals, public bidding/contracts, real estate, and civil litigation.
Mr. Genz is a graduate of Georgetown University and Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Genz has specialized in personal injury and workers compensation claims for the past 51 years.
He has settled thousands of cases and also has tried a significant number of matters to successful conclusions.
In addition, Mr. Genz handles all other types of civil litigation.
Mr. Ferrantell, is a graduate of Monmouth College. He obtained a B.A. in History and Political Science in 1989 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University in 1992. He is actively involved in various community organizations and groups, including serving as Post President of the Monmouth County Chamber of Commerce, Brookdale Community College Search Committee, NJ State Bar Association, serves as a NJ Supreme Court Certified Matrimonial Mediator and acting Public Defender for several municipalities.
Mr. Ferrantell concentrates his practice in Municipal Court, Criminal defense, real estate transactions, Family law including divorce, wills and estate planning as well as civil litigation and business transactions.
Mr. Amberger joined the firm in 2016 and represents public and private clients in various civil and administrative litigation matters.
He specializes in areas pertaining to the firm’s public entity clients, including New Jersey local government law, education law, public contracting and municipal land use.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Amberger served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Barbara C. Stolte, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Middlesex County, Family Division. Mr. Amberger is a member of the New Jersey and New York bars. He is a graduate of Rutgers Law School- Newark and Wagner College.
